Horn of Fenrir
The horn is built at the Chaos Goblin in three steps, each one a mix of its own: the fragment, then the broken horn, then the horn. A failed step burns the box.
Splinter of Armor, Bless of Guardian and Claw of Beast are drops - where from is on Where things drop.

The pet earns 1 experience for each level of a monster it helps kill, and stops at level 400. Server rate, party split and VIP change nothing here.
The bonus is truncated, not rounded: +0.5 a level means +1 at pet level 2 and +2 at level 4.
