What this service is

EPICMU Online operates a private online multiplayer game server. Creating an account and playing is free.

The site additionally sells virtual in-game currency ("Epic Coins"), which can be spent inside the game on items, character services and upgrades. Epic Coins have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything done through your account.

Accounts may be suspended for cheating, exploiting bugs, abusing other players, or attempting to disrupt the service.

Purchases and delivery

Prices are shown on the donate page in the currency listed there, and the amount charged is the amount shown.

Delivery is automatic and immediate: once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider, the Epic Coins are added to the account that made the purchase. The in-game balance updates the next time the account logs in, because the game server keeps the balance in memory during a session.

If a payment succeeds but the currency does not appear, contact support with the payment receipt and it will be credited manually.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. Maintenance, updates and unplanned downtime happen, and the game world may be changed, reset or discontinued.

Purchased virtual currency and items exist only within this service and are lost if the service ends.
